What are your qualifications?
We are factory certified by many manufacturers which are listed on page of the website, and for others we have access to the factory repair procedures from our database so that we can repair your vehicle to factory specifications.
Our technicians and business have also met the high standard of I-CAR gold class which is the industry’s leading standard.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies and remember you have the right to go to any collision repair shop that you choose, we will help to facilitate all of the requirements needed to make sure that your claims process is seamless. We are a direct repair shop for many insurance companies, but no matter what insurance company is handling your claim we are here for you, our customer.
Please stop in and we are happy to answer any questions that you may have with the process. We recommend that you find someone that you trust and is looking out for your best interests.
Do you warranty the repairs?
We will stand behind our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.
Parts warranties are specific to each part that is used in the repair process, we are happy to discuss parts warranties for specific parts.
How do I drop off and pick up my car?
We open weekdays from 7am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm at which time you can drop off your vehicle. We also have an after-hours key drop to the left of our office entry door for your convenience.
If needed we also offer drop off and pick up service which can be requested when you schedule your repairs.
How do I obtain a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?
The coverage on your insurance policy or the insurance company paying for your repairs will determine the amount of coverage that you have regarding the number of days and amount allotted per day for the rental vehicle. We are happy to help you with that process when you schedule your repairs.
Who do I pay my deductible to?
The deductible is paid with cash or check to the repair facility when the vehicle is completed. The amount of the deductible is based on your policy and the discernment of your insurance claims adjuster. If you have a question about your deductible please ask your claims adjuster or we can inquire on your behalf.
